What is included in the "Turnkey" offer?
The Turnkey service includes a full range of works that enable you to move into a fully finished and equipped flat or house. Thanks to this comprehensive offer, the client receives a finished interior, without having to supervise the various stages of completion.
The scope of finishing works within the ‘Turnkey’ service includes:
- Consultation and interior design:
- Meeting with an interior designer, discussing expectations and preferences.
- Preparation of an individual interior design project, taking into account both the aesthetics and functionality of the space.
- Assistance in the selection of finishing materials such as flooring, paint, tiles, doors, lighting and furniture.
- Preparation work:
- Levelling of walls and ceilings (filling, plastering).
- Priming surfaces for painting or wallpaper laying.
- Preparing the substrate for laying floors (self-levelling screed).
- Finishing walls and ceilings:
- Painting walls and ceilings in selected colours or wallpapering.
- Installation of suspended ceilings, including LED lighting and decorative trim.
- Floor laying:
- Laying of laminate, parquet, floorboards or ceramic tiles.
- Installation of skirting boards and thresholds.
- Bathroom finishing:
- Laying of tiles on floors and walls.
- Installation of sanitary fittings – toilets, washbasins, shower cubicles, bathtubs, bathroom taps.
- Installation of bathroom lighting and installation of mirrors and bathroom furniture.
- Kitchen finishing:
- Installation of kitchen furniture, including installation of white goods (fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooker).
- Laying of tiles on the walls and floor.
- Installation of lighting and connections for electrical and water appliances.
- Assembly of joinery:
- Installation of internal doors, frames and fittings.
- Installation of internal window sills and trim.
- Technical installations:
- Electrical – Installation of electrical installation, sockets, switches, ceiling and spot lighting.
- Plumbing – Plumbing and heating installation (installation of radiators, underfloor heating).
- Smart home systems – Installation of automation of lighting, heating, air conditioning, roller shutters or security systems.
- Installation of furnishings:
- Installation of built-in wardrobes, shelving, bespoke furniture and other furnishings.

- Final finishing work:
- Installation of decorative elements such as decorative mouldings, stucco, window guards.
- Housekeeping work – thorough cleaning upon completion of all works so that the flat is ready for immediate occupation.
