Due to the fact that we are often at our clients’ construction sites or at investment meetings, we recommend prior contact by phone, e-mail or via the website (contact form, booking calendar). In this way, we can schedule a meeting and time just for you to calmly discuss your needs related to finishing your property, present our capabilities and current realisations or answer any questions related to it.
No. We invite you to a meeting, during which we will discuss your finishing needs, present our proposal for cooperation, the available possibilities and the works completed so far, as well as prepare a cost estimate for the realisation of your investment.

Yes, our customers receive up to a 36-month guarantee on the finishes and a manufacturer’s guarantee on the materials used.
It all depends on several factors, but it usually takes up to 35 days to finish a medium-sized flat. After determining the scope and schedule of the finishing work, the agreed deadlines are included in a written contract. You are therefore guaranteed a deadline and there is no risk of prolonged refurbishment and the associated additional costs.
Deadlines depend on the current occupancy of our finishing teams. We sign contracts up to a year in advance. This gives our clients a guarantee of a deadline for entering the project and finishing it on time.

Yes, when you choose to work with us, you will receive a written guarantee on the work we carry out – up to 3 years – and a manufacturer’s guarantee on the goods you purchase.

The package price includes a comprehensive service:

The prices we quote are net, 8 VAT must be added.
