What is included in the interior finishing service?
Interior fit-out is a process that allows you to turn a raw dwelling into a comfortable and stylish space ready for living. Our offer includes comprehensive finishing works that will make your home meet all your expectations.
The scope of finishing works includes:
- Consultation and design:
- Meeting with the client to discuss the vision and needs for the interior finishing.
- Preparation of a preliminary design and selection of materials.
- Consultation on arrangement and functional solutions.
- Preparation of walls and ceilings:
- Filling and levelling of walls and ceilings.
- Priming of surfaces for painting or wallpapering.
- Painting of walls and ceilings in the chosen colour or wallpapering.
- Floors:
- Substrate preparation, self-levelling screeds.
- Laying of floors – panels, floorboards, parquet, stoneware or ceramic tiles.
- Installation of skirting boards and thresholds.
